Monday, I worked at the Joplin office, packing the last remanents of SiriCOMM. That chapter is quickly coming to an end.
I got about 2 hours sleep the night before thanks to a late-night phone call. Try as I might I wasn’t able to fall asleep again. So the saga starts…we left Kansas City around 7:00 and I actually felt pretty good. By the end of the day, though, I was drag-ass tired. By the time I finally climbed into the great white sandwich I didn’t feel well at all. Flu. Now, two days later, I’m still fighting fever, aches and pains, and a nagging cough. Here’s to another missed week of training! Racing on Sunday is questionable at this point.
