The recipe is simple, with very few ingredients and only a few steps.
Paleo Chocolate Cupcakes
1/2 cup almonds flour
1 1/2 tbsp Agave
6 oz cocoa chips
Begin with melting the chocolate in a double boiler (glass bowl placed over a saucepan of boiling water). Stir the chocolate until fully melted and smooth. When the chocolate is melted, add the agave and almond flour and stir to mix. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring each time until completely mixed. After both eggs have been added, divide the batter across 5 or 6 paper-lined muffin cups/tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Cupcakes are done when a knife inserted into the middle comes out dry.
